Drive enterprise-wide process transformation across clinical & nonclinical operations. This role leads complex reengineering programs by integrating systems thinking, Lean Six Sigma discipline, and digital transformation approaches-including AI, automation, analytics, and workflow redesign.
The position ensures structured governance, cross-functional alignment, and successful delivery of initiatives in accordance with the transformation roadmap, partnering closely with product, technology, automation, analytics, and U.S.-based business leaders.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Use systems thinking skills, overlay these opportunities on our current operating model and use LEAN and hypothesis based Six Sigma problem-solving techniques to uncover the root cause of inefficiencies and issues
  • Assist in developing a digital transformation target operating model which includes recommendations on lean, automation, workflows, web applications, data science and employee training opportunities to improve the client experience
  • Partner with product owners, business, and technology leaders to develop a series of minimal viable products (MVPs) to accelerate the pace of client improvements based on sound understanding of AGILE and change management principals
  • Frontlines and collaborates well with leaders and with Stateside business partners
  • Drives execution in partnership with Automation, technology, and analytics teams across enterprise
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing businessb environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Educational and Licensure
    • Post Grad (MBA Top Tier)
    • Medical background
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with increasing accountability
  • Experience managing complex process improvement projects, including undertaking operational assessments and target operating model design using Lean Six Sigma & Re- Engineering Techniques
  • Experience using Business Architecture to articulate automation solutions using platforms such as Ui Path, AI ML (AI and Power Automate
  • Experience in projects involving emerging technologies (automation, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
  • Experience solving major project or customer issues
  • Demonstrated experience in change management
  • Extensive experience in working with stakeholders across leadership levels
  • Proven excellent communication & presentation skills

  • Project Management certification / Master of Business Administration

    • Ability to create a business architecture to facilitate alignment of strategic objectives and tactical demands
    • Solid consulting, relationship management and facilitation skills including the ability to listen and question to understand the business problem, analyse, provide insight and advice
    • Ability to assess data model and data flows and facilitate automation and process design workshops
    • Networks within their team, department, organization, industry, and community
    • Advocates with senior leaders for change or for a new idea
    • Highlights the possibilities that exist, while acknowledging difficulties will exist when deciding
    • Seeks to understand the 'why' behind decisions, provides examples of when they have done so and how they translated this to the team
    • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills including persuasive, data-rich presentation skills
