**Job Description:**
A Content Author is responsible for creating, editing, and publishing digital content on websites and other online platforms. They work closely with content strategists, marketing teams, and designers to ensure that the content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the organization's goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Writing and editing web content, including articles, blog posts, product descriptions, and more.
- Collaborating with designers to ensure content is presented effectively.
- Using content management systems (such as Sitecore) to publish and update web content.
- Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
- Creating and maintaining a content calendar.
- Ensuring that content complies with brand guidelines and style standards.
- Monitoring content performance and making adjustments based on analytics.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Sitecore) or willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
