The Site System Associate I will support the Finance and Clinical Systems team in maintaining and configuring study-related financial systems, ensuring accuracy in stipend setups, invoicing, and site communication. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to develop a career in financial operations and system configuration within clinical research.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in configuring stipends and study setups in CRIO and related systems under supervision.
- Review and compare study documents (ICFs, contracts, and amendments) to identify financial or procedural discrepancies.
- Perform monthly CRIO invoice verification and assist with data validation across systems (CRIO and DASH Portal).
- Support stipend management processes including Clincard setup, patient fund tracking, and communication with sites.
- Send stipend confirmation emails to sites once configurations are completed.
- Update and maintain operational trackers (AMEX, Pre-screen, Lyft, and others).
- Respond to basic finance-related queries from the Accounts Receivable team and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Site Operations, Clinical Systems) to ensure smooth financial workflows.
- Provide general administrative and system support to the Site System team
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in finance operations, data management, or system administration (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in financial or contractual data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with CRIO, Clincard, or similar platforms is a plus.

- Eagerness to learn and grow into more advanced configuration and analytical tasks.
