This position is based in Fort Worth, TX.
Your role:
Provides support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes, mobile computing devices, printers); answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures, and is located at an Ingram Micro Advanced Logistics Center; collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems; maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems.
Experienced individual contributor. Works under limited supervision for routine situations. May provide assistance and training to lower-level employees. Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand. Makes minor adjustments to working methods. Explains practices, procedures and policies to reach agreement with others outside of the job area.
Provides administrative or technical support at a proficient level. Proficient in the various competencies relevant to their job. May act as a lead or mentor to more junior technical or administrative support personnel. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
Generally, works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Normally receives little instruction on daily work. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. May be informal team leader.
What you bring to the role:

Two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 3 - 5 years in functional area.

Substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

Experience with PC/Laptop repair and troubleshooting.

Basic network and server knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and repairs (replace bad disk drive, replace memory, restart services).

Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and deployment.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $45,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
