Job Description:

＜業務内容＞
Production Plannerとして、安定供給と在庫最適化を実現するため、生産計画および調達計画に関わる一連の業務をご担当いただきます。
材料の購入先や出荷先は海外3Mが多く、日本はAPACエリアに含まれる為、グローバルな活躍の場が得られます。
上流のサプライヤーからエンドであるお客様まで関係するため、サプライチェーン業務に関連する多くの知識が得られ、経験を積む機会がある業務です。

・需要動向、在庫状況、生産能力を踏まえた生産計画・調達計画の立案および実行
  -発注残管理、納期管理、前倒し・後ろ倒しを含む納入調整による安定供給の確保
  -生産スケジュールの作成、指図リリース、製造現場との調整を通じた生産進捗管理
  -需給バランスの確認およびキャパシティ管理を通じた供給リスクの早期把握と対応
  -供給遅延、納入遅延、キャパシティ不足、不具合発生時の影響分析・対応策立案
  -督促対応を含む社内外関係者との折衝、および事業優先度を踏まえた最適な対応の推進
・MRP設定など、SAPにおけるマスターデータの維持・管理・最適化、および計画業務の精度向上に向けた運用改善
・在庫計画の策定、およびサプライチェーンの継続的改善
・チームメンバーへの実務支援・ナレッジ共有を通じた、組織全体の業務品質向上への貢献

＜必須要件＞
・製造計画、生産管理など、5年以上のサプライチェーン関連業務の経験
・SAPもしくは類するERPシステムを使用した業務経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力、ネイティブレベルの日本語力
・Office365アプリ(Outlook, Excel, Power Point)の業務での使用経験
・最終学歴四大卒
・個人としてもチームとしても常にゴールを目指し、困難があっても諦めずにやり遂げる力があること

＜歓迎要件＞
・「しくみ」作りやデジタル技術に興味や関心があり、改善業務に携わった経験
・Power BI/Power Query/Power AutomateなどMS OfficeのPower系アプリの使用経験
・SAPなど業務システム導入プロジェクトに携わった経験
