Job Description
Ready to make a real impact and shape the futue of healthcare? Step into a pivotal leadership role and lead end-to-end supply chain operations in Sandoz's largest packaging site for solid pharmaceutical products, supporting access of life-saving medicines for patients in more than 120 countries around the world with efficiency and reliability.
Your key responsibilities:
Ensure implementation and maintenance of best practice standards and processes across operational and tactical planning
Chairing the Demand and Supply Review
Responsible to translate the demonstrated Site process capability into accurate planning parameters (e.g. yield and BOM adjustment, TPT & TPLT review)
Ensure reliable and continuous supply at minimal inventory levels
Lead Supply Chain projects to create, implement and continuously improve core processes and standards
Support the Site budgeting process, reporting systems including monitoring and definition of standards and guidelines
Act as Business Owner of Supply Chain Tools and System - maintain and develop SAP functionalities, define and establish Site super user concept and implementation
Support the Manufacturing Head to develop, review and enhance Operational schedulers planning capabilities, if applicable
Support development and improvement of Tactical Planning capabilities and optimal resource utilization
What you will bring to the role:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role within different stages of supply chain processes.
University degree (BSc) in technical, economics, logistics, chemistry or other area that contains supply chain management. Preferably with MBA degree.
Fluent in English, Slovene language is desirable but not mandatory.
