Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director on daily basis. The successful candidate will be based permanently on site.

Responsibility:

Carry out daily supervision of activities on sites.
Ensure deadlines are met and that tasks are properly executed and according to specifications.
Ensure maximum and effective utilization on plants and machinery at site.
Proper coordination of site workers.
Resolve site problems and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

Any candidates who possesses a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering from a reputable University with a minimum of 10 years working experience.
Holders of HND or its equivalent in Civil or construction Engineering must have a minimum of 20 years post qualification experience.
In special cases, OND or its equivalent holders in above mentioned or relevant discipline with a minimum of 30 years working experience and proven track record of good performance may also apply.
Ability to use Microsoft Office, Auto CAD preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be self motivated with ability to deliver projects in a timely and quality manner.
