We are seeking a highly motivated, safety-focused Site Supervisor to join our team at the Liberal Helium Facility in Liberal, KS. Reporting to the Site Manager, this front-line leadership role is responsible for supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Liberal Helium production facility. The Site Supervisor will lead operations and maintenance personnel while coordinating with logistics, maintenance, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and promote a strong safety culture by actively engaging employees in all aspects of Air Products' safety programs and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all company, environmental, health, safety, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, training, and performance management for operations and maintenance personnel.
- Support the safe and efficient operation of two Helium Plants and the Air Separation Unit.
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure reliable product production and customer deliveries.
- Identify operational and maintenance issues, develop corrective actions, and drive preventative maintenance improvements.
- Lead and facilitate Management of Change (MOC) activities, including procedure development, review, and implementation.
- Support plant reliability initiatives and partner with regional maintenance and technical support teams to improve equipment performance.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, reliability, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
- Interface with engineering, logistics, maintenance, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other support organizations.
- Participate in facility start-up, commissioning, expansion, and capital project activities.
- Provide on-call support and respond to operational issues in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Process Technology, Operations Management, or a related technical field preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing, chemical, gas processing, cryogenic, or related environment required.
- Cryogenic plant operation experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading safety, operational, and maintenance teams.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in an industrial plant environment.
