Site Leader/Supervisor- Office Services/Mailroom, MS
Ricoh is currently looking for career-oriented individual to supervise the day-to-day operations of specified location. The Office Services/Mailroom may run shifts or site solo. This position is trained to complete month-end management reports for their location.
RESPONSIBLILTIES
- Responsible for effective implementation and management of Ricoh Service Excellence
- Receive incoming mail, courier deliveries, and packages
- Sort mail by department, floor, or recipient
- Distribute incoming mail and internal correspondence
- Process outgoing mail (letters, parcels, bulk mail)
- Prepare shipments using postal and courier services
- Track and log registered, certified, or confidential mail
- Arrange FedEx, UPS, Purolator, DHL, or other courier pickups
- Maintain mailroom logs and delivery records
- Provides training on workflow and machine operations
- Provide general office support to departments
- Site deficiency walk-throughs
- Handling of Site access cards
- Escorting vendors around the site
- Ensures the quality of operations for shift by assisting in the achievement of goals
- Meets quality and deadline standards by the effective use of job scheduling practices
- Completes site reports and other paperwork as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a mail room or office services
- Require experience in mailroom and office services
SKILLS:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
- Strong self-motivation to drive results
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Effective use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 30+lbs. as necessary
