OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.

Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.

YOUR ROLE

As Site Supervisor, you will lead daily depot activities, supervise a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence are maintained. This is an opportunity to combine your leadership, logistics and Defence experience in a role that directly contributes to Australia's sovereign capability.

You will lead by example, fostering a strong safety culture while supporting your team to achieve operational objectives and continuously improve site performance.

  • Supervise daily depot operations, inventory activities and customer requirements

  • Lead, coach and develop depot personnel to achieve operational and safety objectives

  • Ensure compliance with Defence regulations, Thales policies and the Safety Management System

  • Coordinate site administration, reporting, corrective actions and performance monitoring

  • Maintain depot readiness, security arrangements and emergency response procedures

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, safety and service delivery

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Proven leadership in logistics, warehousing, or defence operations

  • Diploma qualification (or higher) in Logistics, Business, or related discipline

  • Experience leading teams within logistics, warehousing, or operational environments

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills

  • Experience within Defence, dangerous goods, or highly regulated industries highly regarded

Skills Required
