What You'll Do
As a Site Supervisor, you'll oversee daily security operations while providing leadership and guidance to a team of security professionals.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and coordinate security officers during assigned shifts
- Ensure all posts are staffed and operating efficiently
- Conduct patrols, inspections, and compliance audits
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and security concerns
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Coach, mentor, and support security officers
- Assist with onboarding and field training for new employees
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and post orders
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Promote a safe, secure, and professional work environment
- Maintain effective communication with operations leadership and site personnel
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Valid Guard Card (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent report writing and documentation abilities
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to conduct indoor and outdoor patrols
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform routine driving as required
