What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a capable management team to safely deliver exceptional services and resident experience across multiple villages and housing accommodation.
• Work closely with our client (Rio Tinto) and community stakeholders to enhance the services Sodexo provides for the benefit of the community and residents.
• Drive operational and environmental sustainability in line with the strong ethics of both organisations
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth
• Ensure full compliance with Sodexo, ISO, and regulatory standards
• Work collaboratively with Sodexo site based and support teams to bring the best of Sodexo to the township of Weipa.
• Own and manage a significant P&L with future growth opportunity.  

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership in remote site or facilities management operations
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking
• Experience managing a P&L of over $10M per annum
• A collaborative leadership style and a commitment to safety, quality, and team success
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• An ability to think innovatively and deliver innovation through clear and meaningful action.
• A strong sense of community and commitment to delivering meaningful benefit to residents and community members alike.
