Your role at Clorox:
As a Site Services Engineer III, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology services across Latin American (LATAM) manufacturing sites, corporate offices, sales offices, and remote locations. You will serve as a key regional technical resource, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of end-user computing, infrastructure, server, and network systems that support business operations throughout Latin America.In this role, you will:
Your technical expertise, customer-focused approach, and ability to work across multiple countries, cultures, and business functions will help deliver high-quality technology services to LATAM stakeholders. You will partner with business leaders, service providers, and global EDT teams to support regional operations, drive standardization, and ensure technology solutions align with business needs.
As a trusted technical resource, you will support operational excellence by troubleshooting complex issues, participating in audits, enforcing infrastructure standards, and serving as an escalation point for incidents affecting LATAM business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions, maintain documentation, and support the ongoing evolution of site technology services across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Customer-Centric Service Delivery and Operational Excellence
- Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing (EUC), servers, and network systems across LATAM locations.
- Partner with service providers to ensure consistent delivery against service levels and operational expectations.
- Act as a regional escalation point for critical technology incidents impacting business operations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, infrastructure, and connectivity issues to minimize disruptions.
- Apply and reinforce global IT standards, policies, and security requirements.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Identify and drive improvements in service quality, efficiency, and user experience.
Infrastructure Compliance and Security
- Perform regional audits to ensure adherence to infrastructure standards and company policies.
- Identify, document, and assist with mitigation of technology and security risks.
- Support compliance initiatives and participate in remediation activities as required.
- Ensure supported environments maintain operational and security standards throughout LATAM locations.
Project Delivery
- Support the planning and execution of LATAM site technology projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement infrastructure and end-user computing solutions.
- Coordinate project activities with internal teams, service providers, and vendors across multiple countries.
- Assist in communicating project status, risks, and dependencies to regional stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal technology teams and business partners throughout LATAM.
- Partner with infrastructure, network, security, and support organizations to drive regional operational initiatives.
- Participate in technology discussions and contribute recommendations for service improvements.
- Collaborate with global EDT teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions and business initiatives.
Knowledge Management: Documentation and Reporting
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation for supported applications, infrastructure, operational processes, and training materials.
- Ensure technical procedures and knowledge articles remain current and accessible for regional support teams.
- Document incidents, root causes, and remediation activities as required.
- Support operational reporting and continuous improvement efforts through effective documentation practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting end-to-end IT solutions.
- Experience supporting geographically distributed environments, ideally across LATAM.
- Exposure to infrastructure, end-user computing, and IT service operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and escalate effectively.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, ports, protocols).
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Power BI is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
