Do you have experience in IT support and want to grow towards systems and infrastructure administration? We are looking for a new colleague to join our IT team in Liberec. In this role, you will provide local IT support while collaborating with our offices across Europe and the Americas.
What you will do- Provide on-site IT support in Liberec and remote support for our European branches
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user IT equipment
- Manage user accounts and their lifecycle (Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune)
- Work with RMM tools for device monitoring and remote support
- Assist with administration of servers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in IT projects and implementation of new tools
- Good knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure
- Basic understanding of computer networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, switching)
- Communicative level of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of endpoint management tools (Intune, RMM, VMware)
- Basic PowerShell skills
- IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft MD-102, ITIL Foundation)

Qualifications Education Preferred Associates or better.Skills Required
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Understanding of Windows environment, on-premises Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and operations (DNS, DHCP, VPN, switches)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Driving license category B
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Exposure to endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and RMM platforms
- Basic Linux knowledge
- PowerShell scripting basics
- German language
- IT certification (e.g. Microsoft MD-102, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent)
