As part of our continued growth in the Americas, we’re launching a brand-new Tech Hub in Mexico - and we’re looking for skilled Site Reliability Engineers to join our growing global team. We’re starting the search for our first hires now, with the goal of having team members start in August. This is a great opportunity to be part of something new, contribute from day one, and help shape how we build and run modern infrastructure at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee routine platform maintenance tasks such as patch management, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Help teams at RELEX monitor the availability and performance of their services by developing and maintaining our internal observability platform.
- Automate systems using Gitlab, Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy and operate Azure and Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Aid our users in getting the most out of the platform by responding to support requests.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and devise strategies to enhance system health, capacity, cost and reliability
What we're looking for:
- Good English proficiency, both verbal and written
- Previous experience on DevOps or SRE position
- Previous experience on Microsoft Azure and/or Kubernetes
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Ansible, Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
What we consider an advantage:
- Microsoft Azure Cloud certification
- Work experience in an international environment
- Experience of coding in any programming language (eg. Python, Go, Ruby)
- Previous Experience from any of these technologies/tools: Google Cloud, AWS, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, VictoriaMetrics, Azure Monitoring, Honeycomb, Terraform Cloud, GitHub, Gitlab, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes and containerization technologies, identity and access management solutions like Entra ID or Duende, security tools like Wiz.io or similar.
