Job DescriptionWhat you will do:
We are looking for passionate and collaborative Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to join our team. Whether you are an experienced professional or looking to grow into a senior role, this position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technologies, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives. You will help ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our hybrid infrastructure while contributing to global transformation projects.
- Manage and optimize server infrastructure across hybrid environments (AWS, VMware)
- Configure, patch, and monitor Windows and Linux operating systems
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Drive automation and self-service capabilities to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor system health and support incident response using tools such as CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, and Automation teams to ensure compliance and alignment with standards
- Participate in capacity planning and performance optimization efforts
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/ cloud operations and hands-on experience with server operating systems (Windows or Linux)
- Familiarity with AWS services and hybrid cloud environments
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and automation tools
- Understanding of monitoring and incident management tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a diverse, inclusive team environment
It will be considered as an advantage if you also have:
- AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner, SysOps Administrator, or equivalent)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2)
- Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks
- Relevant University degree/Technical specialty
