We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team in the role of embedded Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). This role is concentrated to help us design, build, and operate highly reliable and scalable systems.
You will work closely with development teams to ensure reliability is treated as a core product feature. You will work on defining cloud adoption strategies, establishing IaC standards, and driving modernization initiatives across the enterprise. You will also work with our enterprise clients to design and implement the infrastructure systems for on-prem or cloud deployments of our software products and services.

Responsibilities
- Design and evolve highly reliable, scalable, and resilient services running on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security requirements.
- Define, implement, and enforce reliability and operational standards for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, with a strong focus on consistency, safety, and repeatability.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of cloud infrastructure to minimize manual toil and reduce operational risk.
- Design and operate scalable infrastructure platforms that meet defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support current and future business demands.
- Establish and maintain observability solutions (monitoring, logging, alerting, tracing) to ensure infrastructure health, performance, and rapid incident detection.
- Participate in and improve incident response processes, including on-call rotations, root cause analysis, and blameless postmortems, driving preventative actions.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering teams and enterprise stakeholders to ensure application architectures meet reliability patterns, performance, and operability requirements.
- Continuously assess and improve system reliability through capacity planning, performance tuning, failure testing, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive adoption of modern reliability practices and tooling, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, automation best practices and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS) and on-premises infrastructure
- Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform)
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows
- Expertise in GitOps tools, specifically hands-on experience with FluxCD.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proficiency in modern observability and monitoring, specifically the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo)
- Familiarity with network architecture, security protocols, and data storage solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced English, with the confidence to actively participate in global client meetings
- Ability to work 2 days per week from the office
- Ability to travel worldwide when needed
Nice to Have
- Experience in Identity management and OIDC (OpenID Connect) implementation.
- Experience in Fintech or regulated environments is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in building infrastructure for High Availability (HA) systems.
