Position Summary
You will be joining a highly skilled SME team responsible for delivering support and services to our customers. Our Senior Product Support Engineers are trained to be active listeners and to demonstrate empathy when customers encounter product issues or need deployment assistance.

What makes you the right fit for this position?
- Technical Aptitude: Proven experience as a product SME, data engineer (customer facing) or technical support engineer, focused on assisting customers with debugging, troubleshooting, optimizing performance, security, and deployments in the cloud with good communication in both verbal and written format.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Cloud & Data Management: Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, with expertise in at least one of these platforms. Competent in using Kubernetes and Docker and knowledgeable in various Linux distributions, including RHEL, Ubuntu, and SUSE, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Cloud and Data Management concepts, including Data Quality, Data Catalog, Data Governance, and Data Reliability.
- Experience: 6+ years of related experience in customer-facing support, data engineering, post-sales or consulting roles, with a focus on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure and different data lakes. Bachelor’s degree required.
- Collaboration: Willingness to work with customers to understand their use cases, identify pain points, and deliver tailored solutions within the agreed service levels.

- A motivated, customer-focused individual who is passionate about problem-solving is highly desirable. Proficiency in Cloud Computing and Certifications in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Kubernetes are also highly desirable.
