Site Reliability Engineer (Azure)

We are growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of Flowable’s infrastructure and platform operations—designing, securing, and scaling the systems that power our low-code automation solutions. You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure our services are reliable, performant, and secure, helping to drive continuous improvement across the entire development and deployment lifecycle.  

What you’ll be doing:  

• Build and maintain secure, cloud-native infrastructure in the Flowable Cloud (Azure) 

• Lead automation efforts using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes  

• Management and resolution of support requests in accordance with defined SLAs. 

• Operation of web applications and cloud-based environments ensuring performance, availability, and compliance. 

• Drive security best practices in infrastructure, monitoring, and DevOps workflows  

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)  

• Guide architecture decisions from a security and reliability standpoint  

• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams 

What you bring:  

• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering 

• Strong background in Linux, networking, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure) 

• Skilled in scripting (Python, Bash, Go) and automation tooling 

• Experience with monitoring (Prometheus) and security tools (Entra ID) 

• Experience with Java and Spring Boot development environments is a plus 

• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical topics  

• Security-first mindset with experience in incident response, risk analysis, and compliance
