We are currently seeking a Site Quality Manager to join our Quality team based in Nanterre/Paris.

About the mission we offer you:


Reporting functionally to Paris OC Home office Quality Coordinator and Operationally to the Site Manager you are responsible to implements and monitors the quality management system at site, ensuring pro-active quality support to meet the Project Quality strategy.

You will manage Quality Area Managers, Engineers and Inspectors during project construction phase.

The position will be located in one of T.EN construction sites and Yards (UK, Qatar, UAE,…) 


Your main missions are to: 


  • Responsible for the successful implementation of the Quality System at site and Yards and, as leader of the Quality team, direct, manage, plan, organize, staff, control and motivate the team to work as an integral unit. 
  • Responsible for all site Quality personnel about functions and assignments. Recommends personnel action such as promotions, transfers, or mobilization / demobilization.
  • Promote a Quality culture at site, ensuring implementation of best practices and continuous improvement of quality standards and systems. 
  • Establish, complete, and implement Project Policy, Quality system and related procedures on site for the inspection execution, including receiving inspections, etc. 
  • Assure that quality documentation received from Subcontractors is reviewed and treated in a prompt manner. 
  • Monitor adequacy of Subcontractors’ inspection team with regards to the overall construction schedule. 
  • Participates in Subcontractors kick-off meeting, presentations, and Pre-inspection meetings prior to the start of the work. 
  • Conduct regular meetings with Subcontractors/ Client / site Quality teams to review progress, discuss issues & Action plans. 
  • Ensure the compilation of inspection records as per agreed method in the system before handover to Client.
  • Provide regular KPI reports to project management and to Client / relevant parties, concerning Quality matters and propose corrective action for areas of concern. 
  • Oversee and implement an effective corrective and preventive action system and track closure of NCRs and waiver requests. 
  • Participate in weekly Quality walkdowns and Quality communication at site.
  • Coordinate and promote the collection of Feedback & Lesson Learned from yard/site. 
  • Support the site Audit program (internal/external), to ensure they are working in compliance with project approved procedures and Contract requirements

About you:

  • Graduate Engineer, you have minimum 15 Years experience in Quality Management within industrial projects encompassing Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
  • Minimum 5 Years experience as Yard/ Site Quality Manager
  • ISO 9001:2015 Auditor certification, Welding, NDT, electrical and coating certification will be a plus. 
  • Experience within a formal Management System and in people management
  • Leadership, team spirit, ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Open to be relocated abroad.
  • Fluent in English (French will be appreciated)

Skills Required
