Manage P1/P0 Projects portfolio & team on his/her Site (Development Center Satellite or launch site)

Ensure all project objectives are reached (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, Timing) and monitor P1/P0 teams performance (see CPM part 2 / clean V3 training for standard applicable for such a mission)

Report/alert on critical issues (see Group Red Alert procedure) and set up recovery plan or task force

Support all 'under acquisition' activities along with sales : establishing data for CAA consolidation as prototype costing,development costs, cost breakdown

Ensure clean V3 deployment and sustainability within his/her organization and Plant organization (WOOM, PMA…) and specific Aftermarket project guidelines (see CPM part 2)

Management of project portfolio : drive and variabilize resource allocation & overheads budget, keep STR / PEM updated on the whole portfolio

Ensure V5000 PD improving plan deployment.
Manage hierarchically and operationally the Project Manager (PM) and or Launch Project Manager for her/his Site (if there is)

To ensure flawless production launch to achieve customer satisfaction and CLPP validation, he will focus PM and/or Launch PM on :

Ensure PM or Launch Manager drives EOO activity and L2/L3 planning monitoring

Ensure PM / launch PM is applying RU ready-checklist assessment with her/his team (including mapping of line / process qualification / process audit & FDPR readiness, status of IS preparation and validation / scrap & TRP indicators (in line with IAR hypothesis).

Ensure PM / launch PM participates to RU ready reviews lead by Plant Manager to track progress of the checklist according to the milestones (details see GSI RU ready checklist)
Promote Valeo Values, Culture and Standards (Product, Methodology, Tools) within the Project community of his/her site and control their application during project launches and life

Guarantee respect of Valeo code of ethics and respect of health, safety and environment charts and requirements

Ensure all developments follow up PM Handbook and specific requirements (customer,…)

Ensure the respect and implementation of all Valeo Methodology requested by Product Groups / Division/ Group
