Job Description:
The Site Project Engineer is responsible for the design and installation of projects. This role is responsible for deploying his/her engineering know-how to successfully execute and deliver projects to the business that provide a competitive advantage.
What are we looking for?Minimum:
- Relevant 2+ year experience in closely related industry would be required
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams
- Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines
- Manage projects to deliver safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results
- Manage multiple responsibilities including project execution, functional support, self-development, and concentrating on growing the role
- Engage project team members, encourage them to proactively perform assigned tasks
- Actively interface with functional groups on the project team
- Ensure delivery of assigned objectives for scope, time, budget, and cash flow
- Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
