Job Summary
This position will manage various fleet and site project control functions, supporting the Director of Fleet Projects, Site Manager of Projects, and Site Project Managers. The individual will work closely with Project Managers to develop and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and track variances against budgeted costs.Duties include support of the Site Long Range Plan (LRP), oversee project control tools and software, provide estimates, prepare and analyze financial reports, ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, and coordinate payments to subcontractors and vendors.

Skills Required
- 5+ years in combined finance, construction, or project controls roles including budgeting, scheduling, or project management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Project Controls processes and guidelines
- Analytical and mathematical skills for assessing budgets and spending
- General understanding of nuclear operations, practices, and processes
- Experience with project schedule, cost, and risk management processes
- BS in Engineering, BA in Business, or Construction Management
- SAP enterprise software experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
