- Lead the communication, promotion, and execution of the site’s vision, values, strategies, and objectives.
- Implement the IFF Operating System to achieve best‑in‑class results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, and People.
- Champion safety and sustainability by driving strong engagement and continuous focus on achieving zero incidents.
- Build a culture centered on employee engagement, trust, collaboration, and capability development.
- Serve as the site’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leader, ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace.
- Act as a change agent by challenging current paradigms and fostering a continuous improvement and problem‑solving culture.
- Ensure high levels of customer service through capacity management, adherence to manufacturing plans, and strong communication.
- Drive production capability using improvement programs and maintenance best practices to achieve performance targets.
- Guarantee compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and operational processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of industrial or chemical process experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated leadership strengths with proven collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand new technologies and effectively lead or support change initiatives.
- Experience guiding cultural transformation and building high‑performing, cohesive teams.
- Strong ability to prioritize, influence, and provide clear direction across the organization.
- A track record of reinforcing company values through behavior and decision‑making.
- Data‑driven, action‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Background in Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience leading large, cross‑functional teams in complex operational environments.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance site competitiveness through innovation and long‑term strategic thinking.
