The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Site Operations Executive to help run day-to-day activities at our [site/facility/warehouse/office location]. In this role, you’ll make sure everything on-site operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with teams across departments to coordinate logistics, manage workflows, and resolve issues quickly. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

What you will do?

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

  • Monitor staffing levels, shift coverage, and task assignments to keep things running on schedule

  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, maintenance, HR, etc.) to support operations

  • Track inventory, supplies, or equipment as needed, and flag shortages or maintenance issues

  • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff on-site processes

  • Identify inefficiencies or risks and suggest improvements to workflows or systems

  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations, incidents, or KPIs

  • Support audits, inspections, and reporting as required by management

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a site operations, logistics, or facility coordination role

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

  • Clear communicator who can work well across different teams and levels

  • Comfortable using operational tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours if required

  • Diploma or degree in operations, business, logistics, or a related field

  • Familiarity with health and safety practices and site compliance requirements

  • Experience working in warehousing, manufacturing, etc.
