We are looking for a Site Manager who is eligible for a Secret clearance to join our growing team in San Diego, CA.
The Site Manager shall be responsible for the management and oversight of all contracted personnel at a given location. The Site Manager shall be responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of a team of employees to include hiring, motivating, recognizing, rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem solving.
Requirements:
- 10 years of related experience including:
- Large scale human resources, shared services contact centers experience
- Understanding of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), telephone operations and staffing systems, e-mail management, Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR), Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and CRM applications. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to achieve and maintain a Secret Clearance
