A P&G Site Manager will be responsible for:
- Your responsibilities will include coaching and training personnel, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining a high level of quality assurance.
- Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective personnel and operational management are essential.
- Your role will involve proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while prioritizing safety and compliance with industry regulations.
- Coaching and training personnel to optimize performance
- Overall accountability for managing warehouse and order fulfillment operations, including coaching and managing personnel
- Commitment to continuous process improvement, reducing quality issues, and ensuring proper staff training
- Tracking and reporting key performance indicators for monthly reviews and addressing scorecard metrics
- Participating in Site Quality Audits and Multi-Cause Investigations as required
