The Role

A P&G Site Manager will be responsible for:

  • Your responsibilities will include coaching and training personnel, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining a high level of quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective personnel and operational management are essential.
  • Your role will involve proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while prioritizing safety and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Coaching and training personnel to optimize performance
  • Overall accountability for managing warehouse and order fulfillment operations, including coaching and managing personnel
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement, reducing quality issues, and ensuring proper staff training
  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators for monthly reviews and addressing scorecard metrics
  • Participating in Site Quality Audits and Multi-Cause Investigations as required

  • Operational Expertise - Manufacturing or Warehouse Operations
  • Principle Based Decision Making
  • Foundational Expertise - Safety & Quality
