We're looking for a high-energy professional to lead our onsite operations team at our HQ in New York! Your focus will be to lead and develop a team of customer support associates and fully own the customer experience. This position requires leadership, ambition, and grit to effectively navigate our operation.

What you’ll do

  • Meet or exceed operating and financial targets including: utilization rates, lease rates, rental days per unit, revenue and cost thresholds, Google reviews score
  • Develop, train, and evaluate operational teams
  • Lead rideshare operations: including customer interactions (voice, text, phone, in-person), daily rental launches and returns, etc.
  • Oversee yellow taxi dispatch operations: including, daily cash management, customer account reconciliation, and vehicle readiness and compliance
  • Manage administrative tasks, which may include weekly payroll submissions, PTO request handling, etc.
  • Liaise with garage facility operations to ensure vehicle readiness and service turn-around times
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure positive customer support experience

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record in business, operations management, statistics/mathematics, analytics or related field strongly preferred
  • 4+ years of professional experience in retail, automotive, or hospitality
  • 3+ years of proven track record of leadership experience, preferably within a tech-enabled business
  • You can lead a team with no playbook from initial question development to rollout
  • Keen business judgment, critical thinking, and analytical rigor
  • Excellent ability to collaborate and apply a cross-functional mindset
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Mastery of Google Sheets and ability to create systematic models to track metrics and documents
  • Ability to draw insights from data and implement action plans to address issues

Compensation range: $80,000 - $100,000
