We are currently looking for a Site Manager to lead our operations at our customer site, in Podari, Craiova. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our services, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving operational performance, safety, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for the customer, providing leadership and direction to the on-site team while ensuring the highest standards of service, compliance, and customer satisfaction. What you will do:

• Act as the primary operational leader at the customer site, ensuring service excellence, contractual compliance, and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Champion a strong safety culture by promoting compliance with company, customer, regulatory, environmental, and quality standards.
• Develop and execute operational plans that drive safety, performance, efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities, ensuring effective resource allocation, vendor coordination, and uninterrupted service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, commercial teams, and internal functions to support business objectives and operational success.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through performance management, training, talent development, and succession planning.
• Ensure site personnel have the tools, knowledge, and support required to perform safely and effectively.
• Manage site assets, inventory, and equipment to maximize reliability, minimize downtime, and support operational requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen customer value, and support business growth.

What you will need:

• Preferred location: Craiova, Slatina, Pitesti or nearby/ willingness to commute every day to Craiova
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Technology or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in water and wastewater treatment, including at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
• Experience managing site operations within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and computer-based control systems.
• Proficiency in English
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Experience in an industrial plant setting is considered an advantage
