We continue to grow across regional Victoria and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Metro East team.

The opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an organised, motivated and customer-focused Site Manager who takes pride in delivering quality homes and creating a positive building experience for every client.

Immediate Start

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the construction process from start to finish

  • Scheduling and coordinating trades and subcontractors

  • Ensuring all OH&S requirements are met across your sites

  • Maintaining quality standards throughout every stage of construction

  • Delivering homes within agreed construction timeframes

  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing excellent customer service

  • Monitoring and managing ETS budgets

  • Building strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams

  • Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact the build

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous Site Management experience, ideally within volume residential construction

  • A strong understanding of the residential building process

  • The ability to manage multiple builds at different stages of construction

  • Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills

  • A genuine focus on quality and customer service

  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • The ability to work independently while remaining part of a broader team

  • A motivated, accountable and positive approach

Skills Required

  • Significant experience in site management in projects or medium density settings
  • Ability to manage the building process from start to finish
  • Experience scheduling trades and subcontractors on site
  • Knowledge and ability to ensure OH&S obligations are met
  • Experience ensuring quality of work throughout all construction stages within deadlines
  • Experience monitoring and controlling project budgets (ETS budget)
  • Strong communication and customer-focused skills to liaise with retail customers and developers
  • Willingness to be a team player with a motivated, driven, positive attitude
  • Unlimited Australian work rights
