Assists the Senior Director in overseeing Prestonwood Pregnancy Center – Fort Worth (“PPC–FW”).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand the reach and impact of PPC–FW
- Work with PPC marketing to promote PPC–FW
- Oversee recruitment and development of PPC–FW volunteers
- Develop best practices to ensure efficient use and stewardship of resources donated for clients
- Ensure evangelism is interwoven throughout the client experience
- Assist in leading, mentoring, and equipping PPC–FW staff to provide exceptional client care
- Ensure adherence to PPC policies and procedures
- Onboard staff at PPC–FW
- Ensure efficient communication flow throughout PPC–FW departments
- Maintain knowledge of all PPC programs
- Develop and execute classes to meet the needs of PPC–FW clients

Requirements:
- Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry
- Pro-life in word and pro-love in action
- Passionate about the mission of PPC
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in nonprofit management
- Ability to work effectively with staff and volunteers
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to include approximately one evening per week, every other Saturday, and PPC scheduled events
- Possess current Texas driver license, personal vehicle insurance and a clear driving record for clearance to drive PPC mobile unit as needed
- Willingness to serve at other PPC locations as needed
- Able to perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, and use of stairs, and ability to lift up to 15 lbs. without assistance
