Role Overview
Story Renovations is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations on high-end residential renovation and custom home projects in the Dallas market. This role is the on-site link between our project planning team and the trades, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to Story's quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise subcontractors and field crews on active job sites
Ensure work is completed to schedule, budget, and quality standards
Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Project Planners on sequencing and logistics
Conduct regular site walks and quality inspections
Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and job site safety
Ensure compliance with local building codes and permit requirements
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients during construction
Qualifications
5+ years of experience supervising residential construction sites
High-end residential or custom home experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Working knowledge of scheduling software and construction documents
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and local permitting processes
Compensation, Benefits & Retirement
Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
