Our Santena plant is part of our Brain Division, the market leader in parking and driving assistance components.  Valeo Smart Cockpit in  Italy is specialized in Switches, Human Machine Interface (HMI) control panels and displays. It offers added value in terms of service, flexibility, product know-how and in-depth knowledge of its customers to fully understand their needs and offer them optimal solutions.

As a Site Management Controller (maternity leave) in Valeo Smart Cockpit, in Santena (To), you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment.
 
Main activities:

  • Participate to, understands and challenges monthly closing.

  • Provides analysis of monthly results to the management (explain variance vs. budget, month N-1 on all P&L and activity analysis lines)

  • Consolidate the financial performance (weekly reporting), and KPI (Overdues Ext. and Int, Internal Control)

  • Consolidate actions of Back on Track

  • Contribute to budget and MTP processes (guidelines, recharges, standard templates…)

  • Benchmarks and standardizes management control tools

  • Achieves specific ad-hoc analysis

  • Proposes solutions for the litigations between sites, product lines, product groups (transfer price, R&D recharges…)

  • Achieves on-site management control reviews

  • Review and pre-validate IAR (respect of appropriate work flow)

  • Review and pre-validate CAA (respect of appropriate work flow)

  • Ensure the deployment of standard tools from Group/Division/PG/PL within RO

  • Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Economics Degree (Bachelor or Master)

  • Experience: 6-12 months in similar roles preferred multinational organizations involved in the Automotive field

  • Fluent English

  • SAP ERP good knowledge will be a plus

Skills Required
