- Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and maintain momentum on deliverables
- Cultivate trusted relationships across organizations (client, vendor, and internally) to ensure seamless management of deployment activities
- Develop deep knowledge of the client's practices, policies, and processes to effectively carry out activities within the role’s purview
- Support the preparation of deliverables such as data analysis, slide decks, written materials, and other documentation to inform decision-making and drive progress
- Document and escalate patient safety issues that arise during or post-deployment activities through proper channels for timely adjudication and resolution
- Coordinate and support triage efforts, including events, forums, and incident management workflows
