SMX is actively seeking a Site Lead for a full-time position supporting ACIC. This position includes leading a cross functional technical team of professional service desk technicians, IT infrastructure technicians, network technicians, systems technicians, and logistics technicians.
This position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence twice per week.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise cross-functional teams to ensure project scope, goals, and deliverables are being met.
- Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Facilitate effective communication between technicians, engineers, service desk specialists, logisticians, infrastructure SMEs, and stakeholders.
- Organize and lead regular project meetings to provide updates on project status, milestones, and upcoming tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, personnel schedules, equipment accountability, project scheduling.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates to TDL PM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.
- Write job requisitions and manage staffing of a small team.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of team members.
Required Skills & Experience
- Active TS security clearance and eligible for SCI and NATO read on prior to starting work. Willingness to take a CI Polygraph.
- Detail oriented, well-organized, and methodical.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing situations and moods and appropriately determine priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in project management or leading a small team (5-15)
- Willingness to travel up to 10% to CONUS and OCONUS locations
- Active US Passport and drivers license

The proposed salary for this position is:
$127,500—$204,100 USD
