Site IT Services Analyst – Reno, NV
Join Mars’ Global Site Infrastructure Team as a Site IT Services Analyst, where you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing IT services across our North American sites. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring seamless IT operations while contributing to exciting digital transformation initiatives. What are we looking for?
- High School diploma / GED required with commensurate experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of IT support and IT help desk experience.
- Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting within a multi-site environment
- Basic knowledge of network and IT infrastructure concepts
- Familiarity with IT asset management and hardware lifecycle processes
- Understanding of security and compliance best practices
- Ability to collect, analyze, and report IT service data
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Nice-to-have: Experience supporting digital transformation projects or IT service management tools
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Assist in managing IT infrastructure services including End User Computing, Network, Deskside Support, and Local Service Desk
- Support delivery of IT services aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for site users
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth IT operations and maintenance
- Maintain IT asset inventory and support hardware lifecycle management
- Implement security and compliance best practices across assigned sites
- Provide technical support and guidance to local business teams and end users
- Assist in reviewing service performance and gathering stakeholder feedback
- Support regional IT projects through deployments, testing, and user training
- Document processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides
- Collect and analyze IT service data to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain IT service dashboards and prepare performance reports
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance IT support and infrastructure

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
