Job Summary
Support infrastructure operational and build capabilities for all business units in a Site/Country and be the custodian of the IT Infrastructure on the ground.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as interface between local service requests and the global horizontal delivery teams
- Communicate and establish upcoming IT Infrastructure changes to the local communities.
- Provide consolidated feedback about IT Infrastructure services to the horizontal delivery teams
- Support and ensure compliance to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices.
- Accountable for managing suppliers as applicable in ensuring they deliver quality services and meet all contractual obligations. Tracks actual utilization of services and reporting of supplier performance in meeting business service expectations and service levels.
Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- IT Infrastructure Management
- Knowledge around Data Center, Network and Hosting
- Hands on experience in managing local business requirements and solving issues on site
- Customer and service first attitude
Preferred Requirements:
- Fluent English and Slovenian written and spoken
- IT experience in operations and system management.
- Track record in delivering local projects on time, quality, and budget
