Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Site HRBP located in Zhuhai.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Regional HR Business Partner, the Site HRBP is responsible for partnering with business segments to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth.
What a typical day looks like:
- Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Advise and coach managers on:
- Talent management
- Performance management
- Succession planning
- Employee engagement and retention
- Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Identify organizational gaps and implement solutions to improve performance
- Drive change management and cross-cultural communication strategies
- Support key HR programs:
- Performance review
- Rewards planning
- Training & development
- Collaborate with HR teams and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
- Ensure compliance with all local HR policies and regulations
- Lead or participate in key projects (e.g. business transformation, M&A if applicable)
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of HR experience, covering multiple HR functions
- Strong knowledge of:
- Organizational Development
- Change Management
- HR best practices
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a matrix/global environment
- Fluent in Chinese and English
