Our system solutions for the rail industry include the ANNAX Passenger Information System, which integrates numerous subsystems such as seat reservation, passenger counting, video surveillance, information for visually and hearing-impaired passengers, infotainment/entertainment systems, and more.

The Annax Site Finance Manager will be a key member of the site leadership team, partnering with leaders from other areas of the business such as Operations, Supply Chain, Product Line and Quality to achieve the business plan. 

Essential Responsibilities:

The Site Finance Manager will lead the Operations Finance analysis, forecasting, and reporting for the site. The role will need to be able to understand the needs and deliver results for multiple stakeholders, including Finance (P/L, Ops & Accounting) and Operations leadership. The site finance leader will also lead integration of finance processes/tools/ERP to create one harmonized Annax process & team.

 

In addition, you will:

• Business Partnership with Annax Germany site MD

• Coordinate regular reporting and analysis across P/L’s, Ops & Accounting teams. Consolidate

financial & operating metrics, analyzing key drivers

• Partner with P/L & Operations teams to develop value generating & executable operating plans,

and lead in the delivery of those plans

• Lead Annax Opex analysis / reporting. Ensure alignment to budget

• Provide business leadership clear visibility to possible outcomes through forecasting accuracy

and articulating risks & opportunities.

• Lead cashflow forecasting & budgeting for Annax Group

• Project/product level deep dives to review profitability, cost progression, warranty/risk level adequacy and identify as-bid vs execution margin gaps

• Work with Product Lines to improve margins through cost/price action

 

Qualifications:

  • Completed studies in finance, business administration, controlling
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of financial management, ideally in a production or industrial environment
  • Sound knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting
  • Experience working with ERP systems and integrating financial processes and tools
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and derive decision-relevant information
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when dealing with interdisciplinary teams and managers
  • Independent, structured way of working and high result orientation
  • Fluent German speaker, and very good knowledge of spoken and written English (international reporting lines)
