Below is the job description for open position
Key Responsibilities
Drive hands-on production, operations, and business controlling activities.
Manage cost center controlling, allocations, and margin analysis.
Perform product, customer, and pricing profitability analysis.
Build and maintain costing models and master data structures.
Lead inventory controlling, with focus on cut-off, scrap, write-offs, and yield analysis.
Act as a key driver of cost discipline and operational performance, challenging the organization to continuously improve efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability through data-driven insights.
Define, develop, and maintain KPIs across operations and finance.
Deliver advanced reporting and analytics using Excel (Power Query) and Power BI.
Create and maintain reports directly from databases, particularly in environments with low system maturity.
Support sales forecasting, pricing decisions, and investment business cases.
Actively contribute to system development and process improvements, delivering quick operational improvements where possible.
Serve as a key finance contributor in the upcoming ERP implementation.
Support Group P&L reporting from a controlling perspective.
Qualification
5 –10 years of hands-on experience as finance / business / operations controller within manufacturing or industrial environments
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.
Strong hands-on controlling experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Advanced Excel skills, particularly Power Query.
Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
Pragmatic, execution-focused, and closely connected to operational business activities.
Fluent in English and Swedish.

Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience as financial controller
- Masters / Bachelors in Finance or similar field
- Expertise in controlling, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, IFRS & local regulations
- Experience in audits, CAPEX, internal controls
- Proficient with ERP & financial reporting systems (HFM preferred)
- Strong analytical, communication and business partnering skills
- Fluent in Swedish & English
