Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the marketing campaign translation, scheduling, coordination, and execution of site content for our Ecommerce brand experience. This role ensures that all site updates align with the Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar and brand marketing initiatives, delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience across our digital platforms.

What you'll get to do:

Project Management

  • Own the end-to-end process for planning, scheduling, and publishing site content in alignment with GTM timelines.
  • Interpret campaign briefs to define site channel usage, content needs, storytelling flow, and on-site placement strategy.
  • Develop and maintain detailed campaign-specific project plans, asset trackers, timelines, and status reports for all site experience initiatives to ensure accuracy, visibility, and accountability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Partnerships, Merchandising, and Development teams to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between marketing and web production teams to translate campaign objectives into site experiences.
  • Partner with Sr. Site Experience PM on development discovery and requirements.

Content Execution

  • Manage the build and QA of site content, including landing pages, promotional banners, and campaign assets.
  • Ensure all campaign content reflects the intended marketing narrative, adheres to brand guidelines, seasonal and promotional prioritization, UX best practices, and technical requirements.
  • Maintain rigorous version control and documentation for all campaign assets and builds.
  • Conduct thorough QA of all campaign content across devices and environments prior to launch.

Calendar Alignment

  • Maintain visibility into the GTM calendar and proactively adjust site schedules to support marketing priorities.
  • Facilitate alignment meetings, consolidate requirements, and distribute clear creative and build briefs and launch communications to all stakeholders.
  • Communicate timing, deadlines and dependencies to stakeholders to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth launches.

Optimization & Reporting

  • Maintain a historical record of campaign execution and outcomes.
  • Monitor site performance and engagement post-launch and collaborate on improvements for future campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance workflow efficiency and site experience quality.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or web project management.
  • Strong understanding of GTM planning, brand marketing, and ecommerce site operations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and CMS platforms (preferably Contentstack).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and web analytics tools.
  • Experience working with creative and development teams in an agile environment.
