About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking a "Site Engineer" who can thrive as part of a growing team. We are looking for candidates with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset who can carry out their duties effectively. Responsibilities include supporting, maintaining, and managing processes related to hardware/software verification, upgrades, and integration work, while adhering to group policies, legal regulations, and financial rules. A commitment to procedures and tools grounded in both global and local environmental and occupational health and safety (E+OHS) including attention to data security and privacy is key to this role.
What you will do:
  • Gather data efficiently to ensure proper planning.
  • Carefully plan and execute installation and testing phases
  • Meet quality standards in all operational processes and report related activities
  • Base station software upgrade/verification/quality monitoring and operation
  • Development and verification of automation tools/customer support
  • Manage integration plans/schedule adjustments/monitor and report progress

Must have- Communication Skills- Teamwork- Change and Improvement Management- Operational experience following set procedures- Mindset to lead and inspire those around you- Japanese (Business level)
Nice to have- Leadership experience- Programming skills- Experience in operational automation- English
