Supervise subcontractors and coordinate on-site electrical project works, including upgrades, replacements, retrofits, testing, commissioning, quality checks, safety compliance, progress reporting, and handover. Serve as the client’s site contact, verify readiness and resources, resolve site issues, monitor workmanship, document progress, escalate technical or contractual concerns, and support corrective actions across projects in Perak, Terengganu, and Kelantan.

- Coordinate project handover and demobilization with subcontractors and client upon completion of works.
- Escalate technical or contractual issues arising on-site (e.g., scope discrepancies, defects, access issues) to the project/O&M team for resolution.
- Prepare site reports and documentation for internal records and client submission.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Possession of Chargeman AO/A1/A4 or Wireman PW4 is an added advantage.
- Good site management and supervision abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Able to prepare and submit daily progress reports
- Willing to travel to provide on-site support in Perak, Terengganu, and Kelantan
- Knowledge of site safety, quality, and documentation practices (MOS, HIRARC, PTW, QA/QC).
Skills Required
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Chargeman AO, A1, or A4 certification, or Wireman PW4 certification
- Good site management and subcontractor supervision abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
