Job Description
- Participate in customer meetings related to technical and RAMS issues
- Should be able to troubleshoot the electrical and mechanical faults in FT system
- Perform follow-up and audits on the FS procedure application with a focus on the safety rules
- Managing the spares on site and having the follow ups
- Maintaining the failure database and component traceability
- Planning of the retrofit work and its implementation
- Troubleshooting the failures and correction
- Site report preparation in the excel , word and PPT format
- Site reporting
Candidate Profile
Qualification - Good academic back ground in mechanical or electrical/electronics degree
Experience - Minimum experience of 3-5 years of working as Service engineer
Required Skill Set
- Good technical understanding of electrical and pneumatic circuits. Relevant rolling stock experience is preferable
- Should have the experience in troubleshooting
- Should have very good communication skill in English, Hindi / Marati
- Flexible attitude to work in changing environment
- Presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- IT literate and fully conversant with all Microsoft office applications
- Customer oriented
