Conducts solar site surveys, measurements, design approval support, installation supervision, quality assessments, maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and project reporting. The role supports rooftop and ground-mounted commercial and industrial solar projects, ensuring installations meet engineering standards and Freyr requirements. Extensive travel across regional sites is required.

- Capture and share accurate site measurements with the design team.
- Assist with final layout planning and client design walkthroughs to speed up approvals.
Project Installation
- Guide installers to ensure strict adherence to Freyr installation standards.
- Monitor on-site execution to achieve zero-defect residential deliveries.
Quality Assessments
- Lead post-installation QA checks across regional rooftop and ground-mounted sites.
- Ensure all installations meet predefined engineering benchmarks.
Maintenance & Support
- Execute scheduled maintenance and handle ad-hoc service requests.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for permanent issue resolution.
Reporting
- Maintain records for site surveys, project milestones, and service logs.
- Send daily progress updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements
•Diploma/ITI / B.E./ B. Tech. (Electrical/Electronics/ Civil/ Mechanical)
•60% above in 10th and 12th grades
•Age 28 or below
•Candidate must have experience in the C&I segment.
•Should have 1 year of experience in executing ground-mount or rooftop solar plants with a
minimum capacity of 50 kW and above.
•Knowledge of National Electrical Code, National Occupational standards (NOS) and standard
design/construction practices
•Willingness to travel extensively
•Good oral & written communication skills.
Skills Required
- Diploma, ITI, B.E., or B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 60% marks in 10th and 12th grades
- Age 28 or below
- Experience in the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment
- At least 1 year of experience executing ground-mounted or rooftop solar plants with a minimum capacity of 50 kW
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code, National Occupational Standards (NOS), and standard design and construction practices
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Good oral and written communication skills
