Job Description:

• Provides outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all individuals.
• Assists with special projects, data entry, and research.
• Handles various office tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Professionally represents the organization in all associated responsibilities.
• Communicates effectively and appropriately based on visitor needs and age level.
• Prepares and updates presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Supports on-site health fairs and screenings as needed.
• Performs clerical duties at onsite events, including checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the completion of paperwork.
• Conducts drug screens, hair collections, and Breath Alcohol tests.
• Packs and transports supplies to events.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) [Required]
• Demonstrated ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements [Required]
• Ability to operate a computer, copier, fax and scanner [Required]
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and others of diverse backgrounds [Required]
• Previous DOT drug testing knowledge or experience [Preferred]

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Field of Study:

• in construction, architecture, or engineering

Licenses and Certifications:

• Driver's License (DL) [Required]
