Position Profile
Accountable for the daily operations of a single-person site. Responsible for performing contracted office services, including but not limited to:
- Copy Services
- Courier Services
- Managed Print Services
- Hospitality Services
- Imaging Services
- Mail Services
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of a mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility.
- Operate office equipment, including:
- Computers (PCs)
- Copiers
- Multifunction Devices (MFDs)
- Imaging Equipment
- Mailroom Equipment
- May be responsible for:
- Courier Services
- Reception Services
- Switchboard Operations
- Shipping and Receiving
- Mail Processing and Delivery
- Maintain daily communication and formal contact with customers.
- Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence Programs.
- Operate required equipment and software efficiently to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Achieve profitability goals by effectively managing company materials and supplies.
- Maintain daily operational functions, including:
- Creating and completing work orders
- Contractor monitoring
- Facility inspections
- Reporting facility-related issues
- Providing operational support as needed
- Collaborate with contracted vendors, facility management, and building occupants.
- Manage office supply inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and manage audiovisual (A/V) resources.
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal departments through professional communication.
- Collect and provide operational data to leadership and customers.
- Assist in preparing monthly customer reports as requested by leadership.
- Ensure financial responsibilities and operational requirements are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications) Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.
