Join Ricoh as a Site Coordinator and become the key resource responsible for daily operations at a client site. In this highly visible role, you'll provide exceptional customer service while managing a variety of office support functions including mail, print, hospitality, imaging, shipping/receiving, and facility coordination.
What You'll Do- Manage daily onsite office services operations
- Support mailroom, copy/print, scanning, shipping, and receiving activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and building occupants
- Coordinate conference rooms and basic A/V support as needed
- Monitor supplies, place orders, and maintain inventory
- Create work orders, track service requests, and support facility-related needs
- Partner with vendors, facility management, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain service levels, prepare reports, and support operational goals
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while upholding Ricoh Service Excellence standards
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience in office services, administrative support, operations, or a related environment
- Comfortable using computers, copiers, multifunction printers, mail, and scanning equipment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Comfortable working in an office environment and performing a variety of operational tasks throughout the day
