To support the opening of our newest farm in Lockhart, Texas.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Temporary Site Coordinator ensures the site (grounds/facility and office) operates smoothly and efficiently. The Site Coordinator performs administrative duties and responsibilities that include data entry and analysis, visitor reception and direction, event coordination, and assigning and monitoring clerical tasks. May handle special assignments and projects and confidential information. Works under general supervision. Incumbent exercises initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the Site Manager and other senior managers with administrative needs as Inputting data in our software platforms (NetSuite, Brightly) and confidential information.
- Reception & access control: manage visitor registration and access control systems, ensuring office visitors gain the required access and comply with our Food Safety and EHS policies.
- Maintain office efficiency by ensuring office functions run Coordinate and plan for office services, such as meeting schedules, supplies (kitchen and office), equipment, and maintenance. Participate in employee engagement activities.
- Mail sorting: receive, sort, scan and distribute all incoming mail to the appropriate parties on a weekly basis.
- Shipping & handling: manage the receipt of incoming parcel deliveries & outgoing shipments as needed.
- Onboarding materials & corporate collateral inventory management: support the onboarding process by managing corporate collateral, gift/swag inventory, packing & shipping welcome kits to new hires.
- Ensures site grounds and offices are properly maintained.
- Ensures all site services are paid on time (water, electricity, waste services, etc.)
- Other assigned duties as needed.
SKILLS and EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in facility/site and administrative support.

- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with all levels of the company and
- Detail-oriented and highly
- Microsoft software
- Ability to be flexible and re-prioritize duties as needed.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
Bonus points if you have...
- Working knowledge of access control, virtual reception systems (preferred)
- Generalist Human Resources experience
- Commercial greenhouse experience
- First Aid Certification
EDUCATIONAL / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
- High School Diploma required, post-secondary education in business administration or equivalent preferred.

We will take the learnings of our pilot farm on Lāna’i across the globe and bring hyper-local, nutrient-rich, affordable food to developed and emerging economies.
