School Age Site Coordinator

We are seeking to employ a School Age Site Coordinator in our AVON location.
The before school hours: 7am until school begins
The after school hours: school dismissal until 6pm.
Preferred Qualifications· Minimum of 20 years of age.
· B.S. or B.A. with 9 months experience with school age children, or High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 year working with school age.
· CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
· Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
· Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella.
· Ability to create and sustain a culture of excellence and work and thrive as part of a cohesive team.
- Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and clean when necessary.
- Will sometimes work early morning, late nights and weekends.
- Strong oral communication skills required for occasional public speaking responsibilities.
· Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 75lbs on occasion and 40lbs frequently (children) and move intermittently during work hours.
· Ability to thoroughly understand Y-USA's three focus areas: Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility; proven ability to identify and meet the needs of the health seeker
Skills Required
- Minimum age of 20 years
- Bachelor’s or associate-level equivalent education with 9 months of experience working with school-age children, or a high school diploma/equivalent with at least 1 year of experience working with school-age children
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Evidence of a physical examination completed within the last 12 months
- Negative Mantoux TB test

- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and clean as needed
- Availability for early mornings, occasional late nights, and weekends
- Strong oral communication skills and ability to occasionally speak publicly
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and 40 pounds frequently, and move intermittently during work hours
